Had to wait a long time to get my latte. But it was OK.

We would give 10 stars if we could. Really super nice service and a nice atmosphere!

A small cafe with style. The tea and cake was delicious, the toilets clean and the service friendly.

Delicious breakfast, good coffee (including the filter coffee) and really good service. This is a great cafe with a local character.

Just sit in the fairy tale cafe (there are 2 waitresses) and there are still 3 tables free. So far I've been waiting for a simple breakfast for 30 minutes and during this time 4 people have already got up at 2 tables because they couldn't even place the order. Hope this is not always so lame here ...

A very nice little cafe. Centrally located and nicely furnished. We were served fast and friendly, but after our glasses were empty, we were not asked if we would like to order anything else. Otherwise highly recommended.

The service was good and the location is great. We both ordered the vegan breakfast and somehow it did not knock me off. The quality was good, but nothing special and comparatively "expensive". The tea was very bitter with the citrus slices.

Very good coffee and great desserts. Exactly the right thing to spend some time there. Very good view of the Brothers Grimm Monument, next to the Neustädter Rathaus Hanau.

Beautiful cakes and friendly folk here in a Brothers Grimm themed cafe. Worth visiting if you are in Hanau and like cake and coffee/tea!

The store is full of garbage, I had to wait half an hour. The last time here

We were there with 8 people have breakfast, breakfast was delicious (if a bit expensive). Staff very friendly. The cafe is from the space nice but very small. We go back.

The fairytale cafe is centrally located on the market of the brothers Grimm city Hanau. Inside fairy tale scenes are shown and you get a variety of very delicious cakes and cakes. The service is very friendly and efficient in bringing. When I'm in Hanau, this popular cafe is always on my program.

Cute little centrally located cafe on the market square in Hanau. Enough parking in the immediate vicinity. Good selection of cakes and tarts. The cake was really delicious. Especially delicious also the homemade lemonade. Although the Kaiserschmarn looks very well presented, but unfortunately a bit impractical at the meal. Unfortunately, the very small pieces tumble down quickly from the small plate with each fork. It might be worth considering getting it on a bigger plate;) The taste was a little different than usual, but not bad. Toilets were very clean. Service also friendly. We would like to come again!!

Visit from July 26, 2018. Were completely ignored by the service, although there were hardly any customers. When placing an order, I would be asked to take a seat outside. The waitress didn't bring the order, instead cleared the table next to it. Then we went. Behavior of the service completely unacceptable, therefore no star and no recommendation.

The service is courteous and very nice. The cakes and pies are also delicious and the tea tastes very good. In addition, the store is opened very sweet with great attention to detail.
